The Chinese brand iCAUR, which specializes in electric cars, has officially entered the Middle East markets, with the launch of its new V27 model in the sports utility vehicle (SUV) category, in a move that reflects the brand’s ambitions to expand outside China. The United Arab Emirates was the first transit gateway for iCAUR cars into the region, to be followed by a wider spread in various Middle Eastern markets during the coming period.

The launch of the iCAUR V27 comes at an ideal time, coinciding with the accelerating shift towards sustainable mobility solutions in the Middle East, and increasing cooperation between governments, companies and consumers to reduce carbon emissions.
The V27 belongs to the REEV (Range Enhanced Electric Vehicle) category, relying mainly on the battery and electric motors, while the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine takes on the role of backup generator to charge the battery when needed, without being a direct part of the drive system.
This smart mechanical system gives the car a total driving range of more than 900 kilometers, with the ability to travel 150 kilometers on pure electric power without any emissions, making it an ideal choice for daily transportation within Emirati cities and long distances alike.
In terms of performance, the car generates a total power of 449 horsepower, reaching a maximum speed of 170 km/h in the rear-wheel drive model, and 180 km/h in the all-wheel drive versions, ensuring a driving experience that combines smoothness, power, and pleasure of control.

The double panoramic roof adds an aesthetic and practical dimension at the same time, while the headlights come within a square frame with a black background with circular LED daytime running lights, in attractive visual harmony with the solid front grille.

Inside, the V27 continues to offer a modern, integrated experience, as the cabin enjoys customizable ambient lighting in 64 colors, 48 intelligently distributed storage spaces, in addition to a flat storage floor in the second row of seats.
The car includes a 15-speaker audio system, along with a 15.4-inch high-resolution floating screen, which reflects iCAUR’s orientation towards smart technology and advanced user experience.
